In-app feedback
The fastest way to report a bug or share an idea is from inside the app:
- Shake your phone to open the feedback sheet, or
- Open Settings → Send Feedback.
Both routes attach a small amount of diagnostic info (build number, recent device events) so we can reproduce the problem.
Sign in
Hare uses Sign in with Apple as its only auth method. If sign-in fails, restart the app and try again. If it still fails, email us with the rough date and time and we'll check the logs.
HealthKit permissions
If your readiness score never appears, open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Hare and confirm read access is granted for Heart Rate Variability, Resting Heart Rate, Sleep, and Workouts.
Notifications
Hare notifies you when a connected assistant saves a plan change or workout review. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Hare to allow notifications. Hare does not generate daily AI briefings; recurring coaching must be configured in your assistant.
Connect an assistant
Open Settings → MCP in Hare and enable access. In an assistant that supports remote MCP, add https://hare.coach/mcp and sign in with the same Apple account. Ask it to read Hare’s coaching playbook and your synced training. Discuss your goals there; Hare’s onboarding does not create a training goal or plan.
Remote MCP and OAuth support vary by client and subscription. You can revoke a connected client in Settings → MCP. Open Hare after a workout to refresh the data; a connected assistant sees the most recent sync, not a live Apple Health feed.
Apple Watch
Hare reads health data your Apple Watch already records, so there is no separate Hare watch app to install. Make sure your watch is syncing health data to your iPhone.
Export your data
Settings → Export Data downloads a JSON file with everything we store: workouts, health summaries, coach conversations, and preferences.
Delete your account
Settings → Delete Account permanently removes every record we hold for you. The action is irreversible and immediate.
